BeeZee Families are hosting a fun and free 11-week lifestyle programme to encourage families to be healthier and happier at four locations across the borough.
Social prescribing, Leyton Healthcare Medical Centre and Leyton Orient Trust are organising a Health, Physical Activity and Wellbeing event on Saturday 10th May.
Beezee families offer free healthy lifestyle support for families who have a child who above their ideal weight. Group sessions are available in-person and online.
