Walthamstow Community Wellness Day - 13th September 2025

An event to celebrate 10 years of Social Prescribing in Waltham Forest.

The Forest 8 PCN has organised this event at the Age UK Waltham Forest Hub in Chingford Mount from 12 -3pm on Saturday 7th March.

Sports4Life are providing FREE Zumba and Pilates sessions for residents in the Lea Bridge Road and Leyton Wards, as part of a community-led response to Type 2 diabetes and related health conditions (including heart disease, high blood pressure and stroke) which disproportionately affect Black and Asian communities.
