Walthamstow Community Wellness Day - 13th September 2025

Walthamstow Central Primary Care Network and Waltham Forest Council have organised a community wellness day on Saturday 13th September from 12pm to 3pm.
Irie Mind, a culturally responsive service designed to promote and champion positive mental health in Black, African and Caribbean communities open to who live or work in Waltham Forest, Hackney or the City of London.
As part of World Hypertension Day, Dodgy Tickers are hosting an Open Day on Thursday 21st May from 10.30am to 2.30pm at GOALS Chingford, 3 Morrison Avenue, E4 8SN.
This event looks at how and why feelings of guilt and anger - normal emotional responses when experiencing grief - might manifest and interconnect, and explores practical, compassionate ways of coping when they become overwhelming.
