Waltham Forest Social Prescribing team have organised a friendly, relaxed session in Leytonstone to find out about social groups and free activities for neurodivergent adults.
Neurodiversity refers to the idea that it is entirely natural for people to think, learn and behave differently which means that there is no single right way for someone’s brain to work. There are various types of neurodiversity.
A three-week art programme for neurodivergent people aged 18+ to explore what being neurodivergent means to them through creativity in a safe space to be yourself.
