Do you want to know about Grief, Guilt and Anger?

This event looks at how and why feelings of guilt and anger - normal emotional responses when experiencing grief - might manifest and interconnect, and explores practical, compassionate ways of coping when they become overwhelming.

The event is on Thursday 28th May from 6.30pm to 8.15pm at The Mill, 7-11 Coppermill Lane, Walthamstow, E17 7HA

The session will be led by Clinical Associate Psychologists from the Waltham Forest NHS Mental Health & Wellbeing Team, in partnership with Creating Conversations. It is open to anyone who is grieving and anyone — frontline workers, volunteers, friends, family — who would like to learn more.

Each session includes a short presentation followed by small-group discussion in the style of Creating Conversations' Grief Cafés. There is no pressure to talk; people are very welcome simply to listen.

Booking is free but essential — places are limited.
