The Met Office have issued a rare red extreme heat warning for London from 1am on Wednesday 24 June until 11pm on Thursday 25 June. This highest alert level is reserved for situations with a risk to life and major disruption.
The Patients Association and The National Academy for Social Prescribing (NASP) want to hear from patients who have had support from social prescribing link workers.
