Life After Cancer survey

Help improve support after cancer treatment. How does life change after cancer treatment, and are people getting the support they need? Share your experience in a short survey by Life after Cancer and help shape better support for people living beyond cancer.

The findings will help shape Life after Cancer’s services and inform recommendations to the NHS. Findings may also be shared with other partners and the media to raise awareness and improve support.

You can take part if:

  • You're aged 18 or over
  • You've had a cancer diagnosis
  • You've finished your main cancer treatment, such as surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy. You can still take part if you're receiving ongoing treatment such as hormone therapy.

Time to complete: About 10-15 minutes

Survey closes: 30 November 2026 at 5pm
