#BecauseWeAllCare – GP surgeries

‘Because we all care’ is a campaign run by Healthwatch England, in partnership with the Care Quality Commission.
We all care about the NHS and social care services. Healthwatch Waltham Forest is encouraging the residents of Waltham Forest to share their experiences, both good and bad, to help improve services in our borough.
We want to have feedback from all health and social care services. However, to make sure that we are capturing feedback from all services we will have a specific them each month. This month the focus will be GP surgeries.
We basically want to know what people’s experiences have been of:
- accessibility and ease of booking a GP appointment
- experience of having/attending a GP appointment
- how the GP surgery has been communicating with patients
