COVID-19 vaccinations for adults with learning difficulties – 9th and 15th April

If you are an adult with learning disabilities, you can get the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine at 30 Coleridge Road, Walthamstow E17 6QU on Friday 9th April and Thursday 15 April.
Please call 020 8928 8300 to book your appointment. Do not call if you have already had your first dose.
Important information:
1. Arrive on time for your appointment. Try not to be early, so they can help you keep a safe distance from others.
2. Wear a face mask if you can
3. Bring your hospital passport or health action plan, if you have one.
4. A friend or family member can come with you if you like
