Lockdown restrictions eased today

The third stage of the Government 4-step roadmap out of lockdown was implemented today. This includes limits on gathering outdoors and indoors have been eased; new guidance on meeting family and friends that emphasises personal responsibility rather than government rules; pubs, restaurants, bars and cafes can reopen indoors; and indoor entertainment venues e.g. cinemas, theatres, concert halls museums, bowling alleys etc are permitted to open. There are also changes to funeral attendance and travel.
