New, tougher coronavirus rules and restrictions from December 20

From Sunday, 20 December, Waltham Forest (and all other Tier 3 areas in London, South East and East of England) will be in Tier 4:Stay At Home with tougher rules and restrictions. What you can and cannot do can be found on the Government website here.
The previously announced Christmas bubble period from 23 to 27 December has been cancelled for Tier 4 areas and reduced to a single day (Christmas Day) for the other three tiers.
