NHS help to try to get pregnant – say what you think by 22 August

August 8, 2022

Don’t miss your chance to have your say on proposed changes to NHS help to try to have a baby.

The NHS  is aiming to ensure that wherever you live in north east London, you are able to have the same fertility treatment, such as IVF – this is not currently the case.

What they are proposing in our new fertility policy is likely to increase the amount of treatment people with fertility problems can have, depending on where you live, and also improve access to some treatments. The NHS also wants to make our policy fairer and closer to the latest national guidelines and best practice, while recognising the variety of fertility situations and needs today.

This is your chance to influence NHS decisions and fertility treatments in your area

The NHS wants to hear what you, and people who live in north east London, think about the proposed changes.

Please visit this website for details of the proposed changes, and give your views by filling in the short online survey by 11.59pm on 22 August 2022.
