Participants needed to take part in NHS Research studies

North East London NHS Foundation (NELFT) Research and Development team are seeking participants for four studies.

Romance – This study is exploring the role of romantic relationships in promoting recovery among people with psychosis. Specifically, the study is looking to see if satisfaction with your relationship status linked to self-esteem, loneliness and internalised stigma.  If you’ve had experience of psychosis and are interested, click on the following link if you want to take part: http://j.mp/36I17f0. It will involve completing a 30 minute online survey.

NEON (Narrative Experiences ONline) trial – This study is open to anyone who has had experience of mental health in the last (5 years) or anyone who provides support to anyone with a mental health difficulty. This is an opportunity to access hundreds of stories about how others have recovered from mental health problems thereby allowing the voices of patients with mental health difficulties to hear and be heard. Please read the participant information sheet and click here https://recoverystories.uk/ if you wish to take part.

Arts therapies – This study has been designed to collect information about what people know about the arts therapies and which modality they would choose if they were seeking treatment. Please read the participant information sheet  and contact Samuel Hass (Research Assistant) on Samuel.Hass@nelft.nhs.uk if you wish to take part. It will involve completing a 5-10 minute survey over the phone with him.

CLIMB project – Researchers at Cambridge University would like to know your views on how data collected by healthcare providers such as the NHS can be used for research and to improve care for others. Please read the poster and follow the simple instructions to take part.
