Pop-up vaccine clinics at local churches

The take-up of COVID-19 vaccination appointments by residents from our local Black communities has been lower than for other local communities. On Sunday 15th August, ten local churches held a major church service with medical speakers as well as local community representatives to ask and answer residents questions about the coronavirus and the vaccines. Pop-up vaccination clinics for Pfizer vaccine have been organised for this week.

Monday 16th August – 4pm to 8pm at Emmanuel Christian Centre, 102-106 Erskine Road, Walthamstow, E17 6SA 

Tuesday 17th August – 3pm to 7pm at Blackhorse Road Baptist Church, 65 Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow, E17 7AS

Thursday 19th August – 3pm to 7pm at Leyton Cricket Ground, Crawley Road, Leyton, E10 6RJ

Friday 20th August- 3pm to 7pm at Elim Pentecostal Church, Hainault Road, Leytonstone, E11 1EL
