Positive Ageing in London’s Recovery Plan for Older Londoners

Positive Ageing in London have produced their London Recovery Plan for older people. Older Londoners have been deeply affected by COVID and they believe they need to play a role in shaping London’s recovery. The plan, which has been presented to London’s new Recovery Board outlines some of the immediate challenges facing older people as we come out of the crisis and sets out some recommendations to meet their needs.  The aim is to ensure that London’s Recovery Planning addresses older people’s needs plus treats this as a distinct workstream in its planning.  For further information and to give feedback, please e-mail Tim Whitaker at timothy.whitaker1@btinternet.com
