Reporting side-effects from the coronavirus vaccination

Did you know that if you have experienced side effects following your coronavirus vaccination, you can report them on the Coronavirus Yellow Card reporting site?
The website has been set up to report suspected side effects to medicines, vaccines, medical device and test kit incidents used in coronavirus testing and treatment to the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency to ensure safe and effective use.
You can also record side effects to any other medicines, vaccines, devices, defective or falsified products (including fake coronavirus testing kits) via the Yellow Card website.
