Wellbeing Support Sessions for Women with Endometriosis
Wonder Warriors is a creative support for women and people affected by Endometriosis (diagnosed or suspected). It affects everyone differently, so Wonder Warriors is all about exploring and developing different creative toolkits and initiatives to support the wellbeing of those affected by Endometriosis. Creative activities are widely used as a therapeutic tool to help people express and process emotions and experiences, reduce stress and anxiety and find relief and respite from illness and disease. The Wellbeing sessions are designed to share experiences and take part in relaxation, breathing exercises, talking, singing, sharing and movement with the aim of having a positive impact on wellbeing.
· When: Weekly from 6-7.15pm on Thursdays.
· Where: Jack Dunning Community Hall, Homerton Row, London, E9 6ED. Nearest station – Homerton.
· How much: Wonder Warriors work on a pay what you can afford model, with a recommended price of £8 per session. FIRST SESSION FREE!

Warrior Retreats are day-long retreats designed to take time out and nourish themselves with creative and relaxing activities – think meditation, yoga, talking, singing, listening, sharing, moving with beautiful sights and sounds, delicious healthy food, chilled vibes, warm smiles, and laughter, in a supportive space.
· When: 10am – 4pm, Saturday 11 September 2021 (more dates to be announced).
· Where: Chats Palace Arts Centre, 42-44 Brooksby’s Walk, London, E9 6DF. Nearest station – Homerton.
· How much: Places on the day are £45 which includes all activities and a light lunch and refreshments. Wonder Warriors offer a third of tickets on a pay what you can afford model – you decide how much when you book.
