#WhippsWontWait – sign the petition

Whipps Cross Hospital has been a cherished part of the local community it serves for over 100 years but it is ageing and in desperate need of rebuilding.

The council’s #WhippsWontWait campaign is calling on the government to secure funding for Whipps. The July flooding that closed A&E and evacuated around 100 patients showed that Whipps staff and patients need and deserve a modern hospital now.

Developing the whole site alongside much needed homes, leisure, cultural facilities, and more would also bring massive benefits for the local community.
