Enter & View Visit - Leyton Healthcare
We visited Leyton Healthcare as part of our Enter & View programme to understand patients’ experiences of using the practice. Representatives spoke with patients during the visit, observed how services were delivered, and reviewed information provided by the practice.
Patients generally reported positive experiences of communication during consultations and valued the support available from the wider practice team. The visit also highlighted areas where improvements could be made, including appointment booking processes, access to information through the practice website, opportunities for patient participation and feedback, communication around building access issues, and support for patients with hearing needs.
