Pretty good service, but not that easy to get an appointment.

Excellent service, particularly from Dr ****** who has been outstanding. The online eConsult form is very effective and has transformed the service since lockdown. I always get a quick response to my online enquiries. Most recently the GP called back within 20 minutes of me submitting the online form and I had my medication within a few hours from the pharmacy.

They do the best they can under the circumstances, but it is very hard to get through on the telephone and I don't have a computer to book appointments online. Something is needed to help people like me who don't have a computer.

The surgery is efficient, but we never really know which GP we are going to see anymore as there is quite a high turnover of staff.

The service at this practice is normally very good, but in the last fortnight I have called twice and the receptionist has said she would get back to me about my query, but she has not. I tried chasing again today, but it is impossible to get through on the telephone because of the queuing system that the surgery uses. It is very frustrating.
