Average service. Very hard to get an appointment at the moment.

The surgery is very efficient. The reception staff have improved immensely over the past few years and are very helpful. It can be difficult to get through on the phone though and you get caught up in the menu system.

Went to surgery on Monday for blood pressure check. Nurse was very nice and helpful.

very hard to get the appointment, they don't offer a telephone consultation only a face time one. my phone does not support face time phone calls.
i had a bite

GP tried to face time me and I couldn't pick up the Face Time option to see the bite. So they sent me to the A&E at the Whipps Cross Hospital
