Generally very good, although the phoneline is always busy. It's impossible to get through.

Excellent service. The only difficulty is getting through on the phone, which isn't their fault. I've had to wait over an hour in the past and it's very hard to hold the phone for that amount of time. Phone consultations are very good though and the reception staff (apart from one) are all wonderful.

Went recently for the first time in over a year. Very pleased with the service, got an appt as soon as I needed one. Seen straight away and good doctors. Only thing is it can be really hard to get through on the phone, can be a nightmare, get connected to the wrong line etc.
I can't score the service, because I haven't needed to use it in the last year, but I think it's very poor that the surgery is still closed.

I can't score the service, because I haven't needed to use it in the last year, but I think it's very poor that the surgery is still closed. You can see a pharmacist and a hairdresser, but you can't see a doctor. I've spoken to other people who have found it impossible to get an appointment. I just don't understand why. They need to buck their ideas up.

The service at the surgery is excellent, even through the pandemic.

The service isn't very good because you can't get through on the phone. There have been times when I've hung on until I'm first in the queue and then the phone just goes dead. The staff are quite good there though.
The GP service is very good.

The GP service is very good. The staff always endeavor to deal with any issues that arise. Telephone appointments are not the same, but they are prompt and easy to get at short notice.
