Very good, helpful, and efficient. Always answer the phone. Have had positive experiences of using online services during lockdown and found the service to be very efficient. Would recommend the surgery to anybody.
The service is okay on the whole

The service is okay on the whole, but there are some issues with efficiency. In particular, I found it took a long time to get a Covid vaccine appointment, despite being in the age range to receive it. I called the surgery a couple of times to enquire about vaccines, and it was only when I raised the issue with a nurse (who was surprised I had not yet been contacted about the vaccine) when attending a different appointment that the vaccine appointment was arranged. The nurses at the surgery are very good.

Good service. I had a heart attack last year and the quality of care was superb.
Very mixed service

The service is very mixed. Sometimes it can be excellent, but other times it can be very difficult (ordering a repeat prescription for example). It is usually possible to get an appointment within a few days. The reception service is quite variable. I try to avoid calling them and use the online contact form instead.

It is difficult to get an appointment at the surgery and we never seem to see the same doctor twice. The patient/doctor relationship has gone now. My wife had to wait two weeks to see a doctor. It is hard to get through on the telephone as well. Sometimes I get so tired of waiting on the phone that I just walk there instead.
Satisfactory service

The service is satisfactory. It is difficult to see my allocated GP, but I can usually get to see another doctor fairly quickly when I need to. They were very supportive when I was recently diagnosed with cancer, but other conditions have been misdiagnosed, so quality of care is too variable to score.
