I used to have a named doctor, but that has now stopped and I'm not happy about not knowing who I will be referred to. I was proactive about organising my own Covid vaccine but the surgery didn't keep a record of me organising it and contacted me later to ask if I wanted one. It's fine if you are articulate and can follow up on things, but what about people who don't speak English or who aren't comfortable chasing the surgery?

Not bad, but there is a high turnover of staff and so it is hard to see the same doctor over a period of time. There is no consistency.

It is hard to get through on the telephone, but the staff are very nice and helpful when you do. The only problem I've had is that the receptionists don't always tell you which of the two sites you need to go to for your appointment (there are two surgeries linked to the practice), which is very annoying when you are in pain and have gone to the wrong surgery.
