Poor Service

It's very hard to get through to the surgery on the phone. Thinks it's diabolical that you can see a pharmacist face-to-face or have a hospital appointment, but can't have a face-to-face appointment with a GP at the moment. Had a phone appointment last week but it was a waste of time. Had another one today which went much better. Had bad experience five years ago when it took 4 weeks of chasing to get results of chest x-ray due to poor communication by the surgery.

Excellent service from GP. Mr A*** has diabetes and the surgery has been proactive in contacting him during the pandemic to check that he is okay. They have also offered to put him in touch with a dietician. The surgery offers phone and video calls and he finds it easy to make contact online as well.

I am 75 and I can't get an appointment. They want me to use a camera to see the inside of my mouth. This is a joke. Impossible to see a doctor.
