very difficult to get appointment

receptionist informing us to call on Monday for new appointment when you call them the telling us is no appointments slots available, very bad some thing seriously wrong here

Before the pandemic the service was very good, but now it's difficult to get an appointment. I don't have internet access and it's hard for older people like me to organise appointments and the vaccine if they can't go online. It's so hard to get through on the phone, especially in the morning. I made an appointment and was told that my doctor would contact me at a certain time by the receptionist, and also by text, but the doctor phoned me earlier so I missed the call and noone has contacted me since.

I do not normally see my doctor. I am not very happy about that. I want for my flu jab two weeks ago and a nurse administered it I do not go very often but I do suffer from arthritis.

I take medication for my bones. I was born with paralysis because forceps slipped. I was christened at three days old. My mother or I could have died. My convulsion came back at 13. Doctor at Royal London stabilised me.

Claremont, I made an appointment online.It was a fairly early one. I was happy with the way it all went. Covid makes it difficult to phone for an appointment.

I had to have a flu jab. The GP texted me to make an appointment. I have since had my jab.
