unable to get through on phone

I am currently have been on the phone for over 45 mins trying to speak with someone. no answer just music. unable to leave a message

Variable service, I don't feel listened to. The service here has been variable. Every time I have spoke with a different doctor and given different information, which means I am now back at square one and don't feel that I am being listened to during the consultation (telephone consultation due to the pandemic).
