Unacceptable behaviour from staff

I put my car window down and due to extremely sore throat could not speak loudly. Security man at the door waved his hand at me and said I can’t hear you so I don’t need to help you, he turned his back and ignored my further calls to him for help. I reluctantly had to get out of my car knowing I was covid positive from a LFT. I then spoke to his colleague for advise and also asked about the complaints procedure which is when the security man began to interfere and say “look at you” I asked him not to be patronising and rude. He was stepping towards me and repeating “look at you”. He refused to help and was extremely rude. Completely unacceptable
