Was denied my 2nd vaccine here due to prior covid vaccinations (of a vaccine not accepted anywhere in Europe, so I can’t travel freely). Explained the situation, told the staff my GP arranged this jab, even told them about the NHS travel nurse that advised me it was okay, as well as 119. Was made to wait 30 min only to be denied, and missed a doctors appt as a result. Avoid it. Please go to Walthamstow library for your jabs! They were quick, professional, and had no issues!

Couldn’t get any basic information as the Better phone system just passes you around and doesn’t have a person to actually talk to

It was awful, I booked appointment at 11am on the 10th August 2021
I have been given vaccination after 2 hours. 2 hours waiting standing on queue outside the building. So why have been booked by the time slot ??? This kind of service is not acceptable at all!!!!

The people who is in centre are very good and kind explain everything about the vaccine reaction .Thanks for your help me today.

Attended for vaccination at chingford was shown to pod 5.. After a professional asked question (who was very professional) the vaccinator proceeded with vaccine she explained that I would feel a small prick then said “and who hasn’t felt a small prick in their time! I have many times more than I care to remember” these comments were inappropriate and embarrassing and made me feel uncomfortable. Very unprofessional, I felt she was over familiar and was rushing the task

Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. Had to join a queue which seemed to operate on a first come first served basis. Eventually got my vaccine 30 minutes after my appointment time. No explanation was given for the delay.

I had my vaccine done at Chingford Leisure Centre, E4 9EY on 19th June 2021 and up until today, my NHS app says they don't have a record of it. I have contacted my GP surgery and they advised me to contact the place I had my vaccine at as it wasn't recorded properly. This is the email I found on their website. I need this record updated asap as I need to travel for health reasons in a few weeks.

Astrazenica vaccine very well done - reaction unpleasant for a couple of days, like mild Covid. Whole thing very well organised, and as pleasant as possible!
