Online advised that vaccines were possible from this location 2pm - 6.30pm on this particular day. I called ahead of time as I had to make a few work and transport arrangements to get there for 5.30pm. My specific concern was hearing that they could ‘run out’ of vaccines if I got there an hour before close (have heard this elsewhere), the call handler advised that 5.30 was fine and confirmed it closes at 6.30pm.
I arrived at 5.30pm and all doors locked up. The sign on the door actually advises they close at 7pm. There was a specific number listed for vaccines. I called this number whilst I waited outside for 30 minutes. Other people joined my queue at this point after also seeing they could get a vaccine up until 6.30pm. No answer for 30 minutes and no choice than for us to give up.
Online, telephone, and door signage all advised 6.30/7pm close, and yet we were there at 5.30pm with no assistance.

A very positive experience

I was very nervous about having the Covid vaccination, but from the time I got through the door at the Centre, I felt at ease. The staff were polite, helpful and professional. The process was very well-organised and throughput was fast.

Considering how many thousands of people they have had through theirs doors you are treated as an individual and nothing is too trouble no matter how nervous you are or how many questions you ask.

There was a long queue when I was there and it was quite chaotic. I had the Astra Zeneca vaccine and felt fine after the second jab, but had some muscular pain after the first one. The appointment was easy to book online, but I had to chase up my second dose because the appointment didn't come through in time.

Well organised. I arrived early and was seen straight away. I had the Pfizer vaccine and felt fine apart from a sore arm after the second jab. The appointments were easy to book online.
Completely unorganized

After receiving multiple text messages from Wf Federated GP Network Limited to book her second jab, my wife booked her vaccination at Walthamstow library for this morning. We headed there leaving our 3 month old baby at home who is breast feeding, and despite having an appointment she was refused the jab by the staff there. The reason being she had her first vaccine 7 weeks ago and their guideline suggested to wait 8 weeks. Why was she offered the appointment if that's the case? It wasn't like she couldn't get the jab as our family members have been getting it from other sites earlier than 8 weeks. They just chose not to give it. They wouldn't let us speak to the manager or the GP in charge of the vaccinations. Completely unorganized and utter disregard for people's time, like we have nothing else to do.

I had an appointment for my 2nd jab and they said they are not doing any vaccination anymore if the first one was not more then 8 weeks. Why the hell do you have a booking system and why the hell you dont let people know that you are not gonna admit even with bookings. Rubbish service. Dont go there.

Everything was well organised and the people were fantastic, but I didn't get any help when I felt ill afterwards. They need to think more about aftercare.

I booked an appointment on the day and got my 2nd Pfizer vaccine despite it only be 5 weeks since my first jab!
