I was spelling my name to the lady registering me, I am from an EU country and have a foreigner name and an accent, she did not understand what I was saying and instead of asking me to reapeat it or write it down said " I don't understand your language" the tone she used to say it was equally inappropriate and disrespectful. My girlfriend challenged her and said that her comment was unnecersy and she just replyed that she could understand me rather than acknoledgeking her behaviour.

I was able to get in before my appointment time as there was no queue. The vaccine took 2 minutes and then I was in the waiting area for 15 minutes. All the staff were lovely and really helpful. I had a great experience
1st Jab of Covid-19 Vaccine

I've had my first jab of the vaccine this June, but I've been there twice before for my mother's vaccines.
It is always cowded due to it being a library and the amount of people going for vaccination, so I recommend going early. However, the process is always very organised, relatively fast when one keeps in mind the amount of people, which is a lot. Everyone of the staff we spoke to was polite and those applying the vaccine explained things well.
An advice I would give would be to take your NHS card with you as it speeds the process and makes it so that they can find you faster in the system. If you don't have it, al least take some form of ID card. It made things so much easier for us, because we have some weirdly spelled european surnames. Another advice would be to take someone with you, because you may get side effects. I was a little dizzy after the vaccine.

COVID vaccine

Great - everything was well organised. I had the Pfizer vaccine. Although I felt fine after the first jab, I had a bad fever every evening for about four weeks after the second one. My GP made the appointments for me, which was good.

The queues were long, but they went very quickly. Once inside, it was very easy, smooth experience and everyone working there was friendly and helpful.
The published telephone number is incorrect

When dialling 020 8496 3189 i get, 'You have dialled an incorrect number, please hang up and try again'
Wrong vaccination date

Both of my vaccines are registered in the same date eighth of May I took my first vaccine on the 9th of February I’ve been trying to change the date for the past three weeks impossible.

Really well organised and quick. I had the Astra Zenca vaccine and I felt fine afterwards. The appointment was easy to arrange online.
