Had my first vaccine absolutely NO record of it , it is as I never had it.
Vaccinators not trained or don't care

I was vaccinated by a lady who didn't give the vaccine with clean gloves. She did not disinfect my arm beforehand and gave my vaccine just above my elbow instead of the muscle at the top of my arm. She didn't apologise for the pain caused. Unpleasant individual. Side effects left side of my upper body very swollen and stinging. Have been advised probably because vaccine wasn't administered correctly.

the person who vaccinated me had no gloves and did not disinfect my skin. I find it a huge mistake considering the amount of people who come to get vaccinated every day.

I qued for couple hrs went to desk answered the basic questions then told where to go next for booster got there the woman asked me for my card I said I'd left them at home. she then said she means the card the man at desk gave me. I said he didn't give me anything he just did the above then told me where to go the woman then repeated the question I must of been given a card at the desk, a further 3 times to me, at this stage I'm quite annoyed at her attitude & the fact she didn't call someone else over, I spoke very clear that I was given nothing at the desk then again she said the card is blue like the one a another lady had that was coming behind me I didn't look around at this woman, because I'm not some senile woman who doesn't understand what this card looks like, I just said oh forget it then I walked out the library, she just didn't understand my reply that I was not given a card at the desk, she didn't try to stop me from walking away, & apologise & say she'll get someone else over to sort this. it's very poor when staff don't understand ( NO CARD WAS GIVEN TO ME. )

Website says opens till 6.30pm for walk-in but been told the walk-in is cut off by 4pm already. Had to leave because the bad communication on site

What’s the point of booking an appointment if we have to wait so long? Mask wearing and social distancing not being properly observed. Member of staff shouting at us with no mask on

I was given diernt to of where to go with him as he autistic and cant wait in cues so then I was told again by another lady to go wait in cue and she didn't hear me say he's autistic and on top of that am his full-time carer and I was told to leave him while I cue .I think who ever is a carer should automatically have there jab with them and the service in the library is discussed.

I booked online but am in a huge queue and have already waited 40 minutes. Now we are being told to join a new queue for children under 15. There is no social distancing. No masks available for those not wearing one. Staff not wearing masks properly. Very worrying to be spending so long inside with so many people with no proper measures in place. I wish I hadn’t come here

Can’t speak nightly enough of the Orion who consented me and the St. John’s ambulance worker who vaccinated me. Thank you. Unfortunately The first person I spoke to today for my booster was pretty unpleasant. Im young but a health at worker. I said I was her for my booster and she just said WHY?! I said healthcare. She asked for proof. I had my badge but I was not asked to bring anything. By the way I had an appointment through my GP. She still asked if I had any underlying conditions. Made it seem like I shouldn’t be there. Very disappointed. Especially as they were wearing a NHS lanyard and are supposedly a colleague of mine.
