Awful

January 25, 2021
My partner uses this surgery and has done for around 10yrs.. He has had medication removed from repeat prescriptions .which could have killed him by not having them .Not once but several times. They do not care .He's has high blood pressure. Diabetic, kidney issues, rheumatoid arthritis. We've had to mention to the hospital that his GP surgery withholds medication. Even with the hospital interventions, the GPs have still withheld medication. So he's a high risk with Covid, which he's caught and still ill .18 times plus he's tried ringing the GP and there has been no help. No GP concern for him. He's rung 111, but he needs his GP surgery to give him advice. Nothing. I find this is a rather poor practice. I find the fact that it is not open 5 days a week and the management refuses to put locums to keep surgery open, because of religious commitments is appalling. Their bedside manner has something to be desired. Shame on you. You really don't care for your patients do you? Need shutting down

Bad customer and professional advice.

January 19, 2021
Very rude reception staff. Out all the doctor's, Dr ****** is brilliant. Listens and offers good advice all the time. Dr **** and Dr ***** seem to be rude and the quality of care was not apparent. Father needed antibiotics during covid and none were denied. The atmosphere has changed, parents have been at registered at this surgery for over 35 years. Maybe it's time to look for another GP.

Very bad practice, need an emergency action

December 29, 2020
I been with that practice for more that 10 year, I see it's worest and better time, unfortunately for me I see the practice have been take over with new manager and everything is following down. The sades if all is that now one bother to do anything to change that. I try to switch my GP to another one but due to carent Civid it's not possible to do so. I want to ask NHS WHY they do not take action and do not help us The patient who need a medical help. You can ask any patient and all of us will say the same, that practice needs to be checked and change because they should be with parents not against us. I'm so sorry I can't give my details as I'm on life support from GP so I asking anyone, please help us and do something so we can trust again doctor who works there.

Poor Service

October 29, 2020
Absolutely awful surgery! Avoid at all costs. My daughters immunizations were cancelled and rebooked 15 times and ended up being weeks behind every time. They would let us know at the last minute as we were leaving the house etc. When I complained to the manager he was extremely rude and discriminatory.

Poor Service

October 29, 2020
They do not even deserve one straight but I couldn't give none. You can never contact them, they put the phone down or disconnect you if they cannot be bothered to work. Throughout covid we have been unable to contact and make appointments for our newborn who has still not had her immunizations as they keep cancelling. Staff are so rude and there is only one decent doctor if you can ever get an appointment.
