It has been impossible to see a doctor during the pandemic.

It has been impossible to see a doctor during the pandemic. Where are they? They are just in their offices and should make more effort to see patients. I am diabetic and had a telephone consultation which was completely inadequate. The doctor was glib and dismissive. Also, the surgery should have a visible number, rather than no caller ID. Some of the reception staff are excellent, but some just can't cope with the job.

Never had a problem. Anytime I need an appointment, I never have a problem. There is a phone call queue but of course this is expected.

The service is okay, although you can only get an appointment on the phone at the moment and the doctor doesn't have enough time to talk. It's difficult to get through on the phone. I just feel like a number to them.

Always good checking things out and trying to accommodate you for appt/prescriptions on times / always helpful to my family.
Overall good.

Overall good. Only observation is that while you can always get an appointment on the same day, you cannot always see your GP.

Think they’re very good. Had a couple of treatments, always get the answers I need. No complaints at all. Never had a problem getting an appointment.

They always do the best to help. My son has a good experience, never complained - he picks up my prescriptions
