The doctors are great and the reception service has improved greatly of late.

Very poor service at the moment due to the pandemic. Telephone appointments only and do not know when the GP is going to call back.
Reception staff are very helpful

The GP always calls me back on time. The reception staff are very helpful and polite. Brilliant service.

This is a very modern, forward-looking practice. The staff are very professional and the appointment times are flexible and accommodating.

The practice is generally good as a whole, but the reception staff seem to be in control of who can have an appointment.
Booking flu jab

Received a letter to book flu jab, telephoned and got an appointment within a few days. Always being treated very well at this practice where I have been going for many years.
