Before COVID you were almost guaranteed to get an appointment the same day, now there are only phone appointments and you can't see a doctor face-to-face. Reception staff can sometimes be very rude. Before COVID this lady would have given a 4 for ease of getting an appointment.

Gives this surgery nothing but praise for fantastic treatment received earlier in the year, pre-COVID. The nursing staff are excellent and the receptionists are very helpful. Since COVID it has been more difficult to get through on the phone though.

Pleased with the service at this surgery. Usually get a response within a few hours when contact them and they are good at following up on enquiries.

Very good service. Had a health check earlier this year. Very happy with the way that was carried out. Since the COVID restrictions the surgery has been well organised in terms of how patients check in for appointments with hand sanitisation points.

The medical staff at this practice are very good. The reception staff used to be quite rude, although they have improved recently. It is a very busy practice and it can be hard to get an appointment. Mr A******* finds it easier to walk half a mile and make an appointment in person, rather than wait on the phone. The surgery has touchscreens in the waiting area, but no hand sanitizers. It would be good to have these in place given the current pandemic.

Doing a wonderful job in the coronavirus lockdown despite fewer staff and unusual measures required for these unusual times.
