Normally this service is quite reliable, but it has become harder to get an appointment since lockdown. Now I have to fill out an eConsult form every time I want to speak to the doctor.

Gets prescription delivered. Asked for it Wednesday, got it delivered Thursday. Everything’s working fine. Is at the bottom of road. Does not have to wait long for appointments.

Has an annual appointment to check her heart condition. Has been expecting an appointment letter this year for quite some time but none has arrived yet. Does not know who to ring about this.

The practice staff are extremely good. They sent a text alert to Mrs B******s husband when his Flu jab was due.
