Worst GP experience

Terrible wait times on the phone. Very unhelpful GPs/staff. Wait times exceeding 2 hours on the phone. All staff take lunch break together for some reason? Can only book appointment for the same day and only by calling at 8am. Any later and there are no appointments available. Won't let you book for the following day under any circumstance. Refuse to do face-to-face appointments. Tend to refer to private services. Try to dissuade you from getting referred to hospitals for specialist support. Refuse to talk for longer than 10 minutes over the phone.
