Very good GP but difficult to get through on the phone

The GP is very good, but the surgery can get overcrowded and it's very difficult to get through on the telephone.

A fairly average surgery. The staff are very approachable. Always clean and tidy.

The staff at this practice are very helpful. They organised a flu jab and pneumonia booster for me recently and have helped to organise blood tests and repeat prescriptions. It has been difficult to see my usual GP during lockdown though and I have been referred for physio treatment via telephone. I am not clear on how this can work.

Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I found a lump on my shoulder and despite COVID I was able to go into the surgery and they checked it out and reassured me that it wasn't cancerous. They have been incredibly efficient in completing paperwork for my son who requires support with his ADHD after we moved to the area from another borough.
