Waste of time trying to get a response.

It took ages to get through. They breached patient confidentiality, as I could hear them talking and mentioning personal details. They informed me that someone would call me. No call received! I have complained in writing, the response to one was a pack of lies and excuses. They ignored my request for "reasonable adjustments" The second complaint has been ignored for two months! I don't even have a complaint reference. The receptionist was rude too. Complete shower.

I have no idea why these people work in this service. Advice has included 'GO TO BED!!!' They seem to be manned by people utterly devoid of humanity for a start and with a loathing for someone with mental health issues.
