Great! Face to face appointment same day.

Called this morning and got through quite quickly. I was called back later and offered a face to face appointment that afternoon. The doctor was very pleasant, they listened to me, examined me and I left reassured.

I have been a patient at Penrhyn surgery Walthamstow for some years. The receptionists, doctors and nurses are always very helpful and attentive. I have always had a good experience at the surgery and happy with the care that my family and I receive.

I was seen by the lead Doctor for a health screen and his manner of making me feel very comfortable and relaxed really helped me to have a really great experience at the Doctors because I am normally scared when I go to the doctors and this time the experience was really nice.The staff were also very helpful and professional. I am now cured of my white coat syndrome (Fear).I highly recommend their service.

A wonderful family, community doctor.

We have mainly used this surgery for our children. For appointments ranging from vaccines to prescription of antibiotics. Advice is always pragmatic and clear. The doctors are caring and warm towards both our boys. Couldn’t ask for more from a family surgery.

My mum has a lot of questions,they always have answers for her ,which makes her calm and easy ,they call when is time for her appointment or for her text or when the results are out

The practice especially the Dr have shown very caring and empathetic leadership when we needed him to support us ( my family) when my younger son was having some serious health challenges.
They are very caring and professional.
