ongoing problems not dealt with or followed up
Nurse was wonderful

I went in for my routine smear test and the nurse Lorna was so good. She is a lovely lady really put me at ease and kept me relaxed when I hate going in for these things. The GP surgery was practicing covid-19 procedures and went about everything very well.

During the pandemic I called the surgery to get treatment for my son. However they never called back.

They give us our medicine on time. No problems, everything is fine there
Poor Service

Receptionists do not respond to the phone calls. I was very surprised and I asked if this is only happening to me? Then one time I went there directly without calling them and I sat in the waiting room and called them. There were three members of staff in the reception and they ignored my calls even though it was not a busy day.
