Terrible and unfulfilled

I had called for three days in a row to get an appointment with the doctor and when I finally got a phone consultation, which was what I didn’t want, they hanged up on me. I found this to be incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Awful reception staff being rude

The reception staff is rude and unhelpful. This is awful especially for people who are really ill and need help. To call at 8 am for someone who is working and juggling children, a working mother, is very difficult. I find it outrageous that people are not treated with respect. I had this experience with this particular member of staff certainly 10 times. I would not blame and shame if it was not a reoccurring things. I don't understand how this is possible to have someone just being awful to the people who need help.

The service is on point and they give you the right support. They explain things very well to you.
