My nephew is being cared here

Since my nephew has been here he has run away from this place several.times the staff just love getting paid they don't care for vulnerable people whenever we see out nephew who is suffering from schizophrenia unable to do things by himself they get paid but do not care for him I am very concerned what goes on in this place as he sometimes comes home.bruised and has very long nails hands and feet his under arms hair have overgrown up to his elbows what are they getting paid for someone needs to go and investigate this place
