everyone was professional and so friendly

I went to Specsavers branch for the first time and everyone was professional and so friendly. From the greetings when I arrived, the scan, the eye test and choosing my glasses, it was brilliant!

Very negligent

They entered my wife's name incorrectly into their system. My wife became pregnant, they gave her the wrong form to fill. They have been very negligent in their jobs recently.
