good. However, I gave up phoning in to get an appointment. I started to go early in the morning before it opens and have to wait in a line to get an appointment as many others do. They first ahd a policy of only taking phone appointments and then started changing this so they start letting some people in the line then some people on the phone.
I contacted the receptionists to schedule me for that day at a consultation knowing that one of their colleagues told me that I could have a consultation that day only...
