After telling the receptionist what the problem was, she dismissed it, said all doctors were busy, try again tomorrow. So I called 111, who were very supportive. They fast-tracked me into hospital, scans showed that I needed surgery.
complaint procedures when asked, some of the doctors are rude and don't care about anything, been misdiagnosed for 3 yrs been sent to private hospitals that the surgery know will send you back because they don't have facilities to treat, make you feel inhuman and threaten to remove you from the record if you try complain
