Very good service

No problems. We have been very lucky from a GP perspective. The system is slightly more clunky now though with things online.

He went to his GP last year when he had plantar facilitis.He is very happy with the service at the surgery. As a nurse he is constantly on his feet and the medication prescribed by his GP seems to be working well.

The staff at this surgery are always very helpful. You can call in the morning and normally get an appointment the same day and it's easy to get test results over the phone.

Not accessible for people who are deaf. I am deaf by birth and rely on written communication (i.e.email) but my terribly managed new GP surgery chose to ignore several of my emails requesting a GP appointment and Glaucoma specialist referral at the hospital. How on earth can they communicate with me as a deaf adult?

Ecclesbourne, Staff attitude varies very much. The calling system is not convenient, you have to hear a very long message regarding the coronavirus to actually get through to someone on the phone and it quite long. I've tried to avoid the surgery as much as possible and only go when I have something critical which is still difficult.

Sometimes there are long wait times and you might have to call very early to get an appointment.
But some of the female doctors are very good.
