DC- Poor Service

Due to covid situation, very difficult to get through to someone on the phone. Rang 4 times and couldn't even get through. I wanted to ask opening times. Very difficult for me to walk to the surgery, maximum time on phone is 3&1/2 mins then you get cut off.

Very difficullt to get an appointment. Can be on the phone for an hour. Same scenario when you ring in the afternoon.

They say to call either at 8:30am or 2:30pm and when I called, I was in the queue for over 45mins to be told that there are no appointments left and have to call back again. Update: Nowadays after being in the queue for over an hour, when its your turn, they just hang up.
Ineffective service, little access to doctors

This practice has very ineffective service. Only phone appointments are possible at 830 and 230 that are quickly overbooked and no one answers the phone at other times. I am still trying to get a doctor to speak to me as I have concerns for my 5-year-old daughter and have been directed to a website that doesn’t accept enquiries in behalf of one’s child. Very unhelpful and rude staff - just stay away.
