The worst surgery ever. No one is helpful.

This has got to be the worse surgery service ever. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks and either after waiting on hold for about an hour, someone will pick up and hand up on me straight away or the line is always busy. I booked an appointment on monday morning and was told someone will call me within 2 hours. It has been 3 days and no one has called me. I have called in several times and the receptionist just keep telling me to book another appointment. I have asked multiple times to escalate this and wish to speak to a manager, but every time I ask, apparently there is never a manager available. There is no communication. The receptionist do not know what they are doing as they each give conflicting advice. The doctors never call. The manager is somewhat always absent and never present according to the receptionist. This is a major neglect in care.
GP surgery

Once you've got past the hurdles of getting an appointment in the first place, the staff and care from the surgery are good. There is only one GP there though, and it's very difficult to see him. It's also impossible to make an appointment in advance - the booking system only goes up to 7 days. The surgery provided excellent follow-up care after my knee replacement though, and I cannot praise the district nurse that was sent highly enough. She was amazing.

The service isn't as good as it could be. It's very hard to see a doctor and you never know what time they are going to ring. Sometimes there is a lack of understanding on the part of the surgery. Sometimes I've had to push myself out of my comfort zone to get things resolved.

The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude. There was no kindness at all. I asked her few things and she answered me very rudely. Always on the personal phone not giving proper service,

They've introduced an online system because its harder to get through on the phone but this is not very convenient for people who struggle with technology.

Quite efficient. Quality of care is generally of a good standard. Hasn't used the practice recently, but the care given to Mr A*****'s mother-in-law last year was excellent.

I recently went for my flu jab in October. A nurse did it. Last time I went was about eighteen months ago I had been very healthy. This surgery seems to be absolutely fine .

I went to my GP yesterday for a repeat medication prescrip. They send the prescription to the Chemist and it is ready in 2-3 days.I am happy with my GP surgery.
