Poor Service

Rude staff, and doctors. Shouted at me when I went into the wrong room. Practice closed, positive test & trace, no appointments available. 0 stars poor customer service

Poor communication

I don't think it is good because you never get the same doctor. The communication is bad and I have had appointments cancelled without being notified. I do not like this service and it is hard to communicate with them on the phone.

Usually its good

I went there to drop off a urine sample. It was not practical because I had to go to the practice to collect the urine kit and then use the urine kit at home. Afterwards, you go back to the practice to drop off the sample. So it is not practical at all, it would be better if you could just use the toilet facilities at the practice.
I wanted to do the urine sample at the practice because I was in a lot of pain and this was the most convenient way for me. When I dropped off the urine sample, I was treated very rudely by the receptionist. The receptionist treated me like I was some sort of criminal!
However, the doctor was kind and explained things well to me. I have been going to this practice for years and usually it is good but on this occasion, the receptionist's attitude spoiled my experience as she showed no empathy to me.

Flu jab at the clinic

Phone consultation was not satisfactory, but wife and I went for a flu jab which was conducted at the clinic and that was okay

Not feeling well, headaches

I had to wait all day for my GP to call me back. I went to a private clinic in Stratford for an MRI scan. The GP called me back about the results and said there is nothing to worry about. The GP gave me new tablets which made me feel worse and after a consultation with a pharmacist I was told that these tablets are contraindicated with the other medication I am taking.

Obstructive processes, unfriendly staff

Registering at the practice involved jumping through many unnecessary hurdles with an unfriendly receptionist who didn't want to be there. Booking telephone appointment easy but no flexible timings. Hoped experience with GP was better, but sadly interpersonal skills were poor and clearly hadn't looked at my notes.

Unhelpful defensive receptionist

I called the practice about registering as a patient, they said there was no online service and I must attend in person. When I did so the receptionist was defensive when I asked why she needed my passport, she made me go away to find information, that was her job to do, and generally made it clear she did not want to be there or help me in any way.
